We were recommended Nexus from our Real Estate agent. Very happy with my experience with Dan from Nexus. I sent out requests for quotes to a couple inspectors, and Nexus was the first person to respond and offered the most reasonable pricing. From that point on, Dan was very responsive and informative throughout the whole process. I sent out request for quotes on a Wednesday, and was able to secure an inspection appointment with Dan for the following Monday.

Dan at Nexus is professional and kind. The inspection report is detailed and precise. He was quick to set up appointment and had open communication.

Here is an example of how great Nexus is. They did the home inspection for a house we bought in 2022, but there was no attic access, it was really a crawl space. Dan said if we ever get in he would come back and take a look. In 2025, we got a new roof and not only did Dan remember us, he was willing to given an opinion on the attic space because he wasn't able to before. Just amazing service.

Dan was extremely knowledgeable and thorough when completing the inspection on our home. As a first-time home buyer, he put me at ease by explaining the process well and answering all of my questions. He was flexible with his schedule to accommodate our time constraints, which me much appreciated. Also very personable, felt like I was in good hands. Would highly recommend him to anyone!
