I have been residing here at Polo Commons for almost 2yrs. Great atmosphere and surrounding. Office staff along with maintenance are very respectful and quick in responding!

Don't answer requests in a timely manner. Floor in my apartment is completely falling apart. Put in a request in September and nothing happens. Loud rude neighbors that basically can get away with anything.

Moved out. 2 years later I get a notification from a collection agent saying I owed money to DLH for not honoring the 60 day notice to vacate. Total scam. The turnover in onsite managers is about 1 per year.

Review updated on 01/07/2026 We're living in Willow Wood apartments in LaFayette, NY. We moved here in 2016 and this has been our experience so far. Pros: -It's in a quiet and peaceful area with a nice park (and dog park) across the road. -The apartments are reasonably spacious, along with having a balcony and options for storage. -The apartments are good build quality and we haven't experienced any pest, mold or insect problems. -The maintenance crew here is great! They're very responsive to maintenance tickets and they resolve issues very quickly. -The maintenance crew also does a great job with landscaping and clearing snow. -Property management maintains transparency with frequent email/text updates. -The property is well maintained and our complex always looks nice. Cons: -Running

DLH Properties in Cortland, NY is amazing!! The Property Manager and Maintenance Crew are always on top of things and make it such a wonderful place to live. Beautiful grounds, including a courtyard to walk in, pet friendly, and the buildings are kept up very wellI. It is peaceful and quiet and the other renters are respectful. I've lived here for 3.5 years and love it!
