Serenity - David Weekley Homes

My wife and I are retiring soon and want to leave to high prices and pressures of New York and relax. We chose to look in north carolina for its weather and lower taxes. We were Suggested to try this new and up coming community in Fuquay-Varina. We took a ride and met up our salesperson Cole. Cole was very knowledgeable about the community and every aspect of the Homes that was offered. Took around to the home sites and answered every question we had with great knowledge and his response times was impactable. During the build process. He provided weekly photos. These became invaluable sine we are living in New York. Zach or builder is very knowledgeable and went through the finer details of the build. All in all we received the house in tip top shape and are looking forward to living here

As someone who purchased a home from Weekley Homes in a neighboring community, we have been extremely disappointed in Weekley Homes and its area management. Our community has yet to transition from a builder controlled board and we have lived in our home for nearly 3 years. Communication post home sale is Wizard of Oz style. The developer transferred a dam in fair to poor condition to the HOA under Weekley's management, common areas and amenities have many deficiencies after new construction, and access to Weekley controlled board is only through its property management company. An email to Division President with concerns was initially answered but follow up promised was never received. Edit: Further disheartened by Weekley Homes in its response. What a great neighborhood the builders here are friendly, and their knowledge is unbelievable. They do take time to answer any questions you have. As it was said, there are no dumb questions,I like that. The sales team is also great they cook fresh cookies, so when you walk in, it does smell like home.

Tera does a great job of ensuring everyone is welcomed even without an appointment. She made sure our time was uninterrupted and all the attention was on the client. Thank you!!
