Serenade At River Park

I've been living here for several years now and I can honestly say it has been wonderful. The property is kept clean and office staff are always prompt to address my concerns and questions. The maintenance staff is very professional and extremely knowledgeable. Shout out to Rafi!

The Serenade Team is Amazing! 10/10 greatest place in Riverpark to live! Not only do you have great staff that is Friendly and Efficient but you have amazing amenities and a cute apartment. Jaidyn has been amazing to work with and the rest of the team is just as great! Cat, Wendy and Janet always willing to help. And Maintenance always is quick to resolve my issue and explains how to avoid or fix it in the future!

I recently helped my boss move into Serenade, and the whole experience was great. The complex is clean, well-kept, and really well-maintained. He absolutely loves living there already. The staff has been wonderful—friendly, helpful, and on top of everything. Highly recommend!

The staff at Serenade is amazing. Leasing office is on point and they never disappoint. RAF the boss maintenance man and his staff always comes through in a clutch. We are grateful to be here. I just had one of my producer/colleague friends apply and he’s moving in too. My little family is enjoying this complex, the park, the collection, and all the amenities. I recently moved into my new apartment, and I couldn't be happier with the experience! She was incredibly helpful, patient, and always quick to respond to all of my questions. Her professionalism and friendly demeanor made the entire move-in process a breeze.
