Selo of Pastoria

Clean, modern, spacious apartment conveniently located on El Camino. Our unit was bright and comfortable. We had an amazing storage space underneath the staircase inside our unit - that helped us tremendously. The gym downstairs in the apartment complex was always available and never crowded. Walking distance to Trader Joe's, Sprouts, Whole Foods (Sunnyvale Downtown) Las Palmas Park and Washington Park. The property manager, Emily is amazing to work with. She's very accommodating to our needs. She definitely went above and beyond for us. Will certainly stay at Selo again if we are back in the area!

I’ve lived at Selo of Pastoria in Sunnyvale for more than a year, and it’s been a fantastic experience! The new, spacious apartments are beautifully designed with modern finishes, and the location is perfect – close to tech companies, shopping, and major highways. Emily, the property manager, is incredibly responsive and friendly, making the community feel welcoming and well-managed. It’s a quiet, well-maintained complex, and I couldn’t be happier with my choice to live here. Highly recommended!

The units are tastefully designed and reflect quality craftsmanship throughout. Emily was exceptionally helpful, making the entire process seamless and professional. She went above and beyond to accommodate us and our needs in every possible way. This is truly a remarkable property with an outstanding management team.

Stayed here for one year. Unit itself was nice, but terrible experience with property management on move out. We worked with property manager Emily, and on top of the lack of display of basic professionalism (ex: over a week of response time, not sharing permissions to access photos on google drive upon multiple requests), they’re charging us $1875 for painting only (75% of the $2500 total) on move out. We were more than happy to pay for any cleaning fees and damages done to the wall like stains and scratches, but the itemized painting fees essentially covered the entire repainting of the unit, almost feeling as if the property management just took the opportunity to charge us for what is part of the standard refurbishment process before new tenants moved in.
