DO NOT MOVE HERE by far the worst place I've ever lived. Frequent gunshots, I became desensitized to it. When I first moved there it was weekly but it's more like once a month or so lately, always at night. Terrible management and maintenance ignoring problems. They act like everything is an attack or they're surprised when things are wrong. Everywhere smells like urine, one time I watched a kid pee in a stairwell I was blown away, his parents just watched. People drive fast and crazy, I watched someone hit somebody's dog and then get out and yell at the owner for being upset. Garbage is everywhere, especially on Sundays when there's no pickup and the dumpsters overflow. My building was FULL of bugs from small to giant cockroaches, it smells clearly of mold and water damage in the halls. L

This place is nasty always gunshots people smoking other people fighting and it always smells disgusting Please do not move here please you will be disappointed the front office do not care what other people do and also our carpet was outside and they called for no reason because it was in the way but it was in our property.

I definitely recommend coming here. This place is beautiful and it smells good so I don't know what these other people are talking about. The manager was very sweet and cooperative and it was very decent for the cheap price. 100% would come again. I recommend your family and friends to come here whether it's for a visit or to move in. The people are so kind here and are very friendly so maybe consider coming here.

I've been living there for 3 years I keep fighting them to fix things in my apartment , the current manager has no respect for anyone she yell at me like I was her son I never see anything like this.she need to humble herself , you have to respect the tenant because they are the one who put money in your pocket. She is very disrespectful

I don't live there but I have some clients who do. This place is a total dump. There is a constant smell of Uren, fecal matter and trash in the complex. Infront of the trash area, there is always a mountain of garbage, very few times I've been there and the mountian wasn't there. My clients live in several buildings in this place and it is always dirty and the smell is always horrible. I always wonder how the 4th floor would smell so bad. I wouldn't live there for free. 1 star because zero or negative are not options. I call the place the toilet. My clients laugh, but I am so serious!
