I am extremely disappointed with the management and maintenance service at this complex. I moved in expecting basic professionalism and timely repairs, but my experience has been the complete opposite. It has now been THREE WEEKS and my dishwasher is still not working. In addition, my refrigerator was installed with missing pieces that have never been fixed. These are basic appliances that should have been properly installed and functioning when I moved in. On top of that, I still have not been given the key to access the gym, which is an amenity that residents are paying for as part of the rent. Very disappointing experience living here. I truly regret choosing this place to live. Once you sign the lease, management completely stops caring about tenants. Maintenance requests take over a week to be resolved, and they even removed Saturday office hours. Many times I went during normal business hours, and the office was already closed. Most of the time, you can’t even go inside, they speak to you through a door intercom instead. The property is poorly maintained. Hallways and staircases are often dirty, and trash bins are constantly overflowing. I moved out over four months ago, and still haven’t received my security deposit. I’ve spent a total of about five months at Bella Vista over the last year while my wife has been living there, and unfortunately the experience has been consistently disappointing. The leasing office staff are extremely responsive when you’re touring and preparing to sign the lease. After that, communication drops significantly. Resident concerns often go unanswered, yet emails about potential fines seem to go out quickly and without hesitation. Maintenance has been another major issue. The dishwasher has broken down three times, and the in-unit dryer has also failed multiple times. I absolutely love living at Bellavista Apartments. Moving here was one of the best decisions I’ve made. The community is beautiful, quiet, and very well maintained, but what really stands out is the staff. Tracy from the leasing office is amazing , she’s incredibly kind, organized, and always greets you with a big smile. She helped us with everything we needed and made the whole process so smooth. Highly recommend this place!
