St. Croix Apartments

The staff is wonderful all around. Very attentive, friendly, and always prompt whenever I have an issue (which isn’t often). I also appreciate how involved they are in the community. They’re always hosting fun events, doing holiday giveaways, and putting together educational programs that make the complex feel welcoming and connected. It’s nice to live somewhere that goes the extra mile. Overall, highly recommend!

Here’s what it was like in a typical apartment-community turkey giveaway experience: Every year, a few days before Thanksgiving, the leasing office would send out an email saying they were doing their annual Resident Appreciation Turkey Giveaway. The message always felt surprisingly cheerful—something like: “Stop by the clubhouse this Saturday between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m. to pick up your complimentary holiday turkey!” On the day of the event, the clubhouse smelled like cinnamon-scented candles, and they usually put out a small spread—coffee, hot chocolate, and a plate of store-bought cookies. A couple of the staff members stood behind folding tables with these giant boxes stacked full of frozen turkeys. They had a printed list of residents, and when you walked in, they’d greet you by name

If I could give this place a zero, I would absolutely do it. I was a tenant at St. Croix for 5 years (10/2020). The place was manageable. In those 5 years I have seen many different managers in that office its ridiculous. Now I finally moved out and now they want to charge me an arm and leg. First off I was given the excuse that the carpet need to be replaced and it was not the original color, so I sent a picture showing that it was the original color and now it's not in good condition. The carpet is perfectly fine but they just want to suck you drt and don't want to take accountability for nothing. It's been 5 years, please tell me how you expect it to look brand new. Next issue I have put in several request in regards to the dishwasher not working. They have never replaced it and a

Great place to reside at the ladies in the office is awesome they very helpful people I appreciate that they come together as a team to make great things happen for the community as in the food giveaways and parties for the holidays🫶🏾. And I also want to give a shout to the maintenance crew for keeping up with the grounds and around the areas. And always on point with work orders when placed even same day service if not busy, but definitely next day after work order placed.👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾
