I would like to say how kind she is good communication respect and polite. She’s a wonderful kindness person make me feel. I’m in my own nice attitude. I congratulate you guys for her for me. By far one of the best apartment complexes I’ve lived in. The property manager Prem is honestly one of the best there is. Not only does she do her job well but she has compassion and understanding and is just a great person a real person . She cares about her tenants. I’ll renew my lease 10 times over as long as Prem is working there.

There are no security cameras on the property, which has led to frequent issues with break-ins. Cars have been broken into, packages are stolen regularly, and there is no way for management to identify who is responsible due to the lack of cameras. There are also serious pest and maintenance problems. I have experienced roaches, moths, lizards, mites, flies, and mosquitoes inside the apartment. The pests do not go away, and there does not appear to be regular monthly pest control. My name is Olina Lundy I’ve lived at Canterbury palms apartments at 2787 -106 I’ve been living in this community for 5 years and Mrs prem was such an amazing landlord not forgetting Mr Hosea they were very understanding empathetic and Courteous even though I’ve moved on to another community I stop by from time to time to check on them.
