This place is absolutely horrible, we applied for a house told we would hear back in two days, I literally called five days later and was told I was denied and would receive a letter in the mail of why, once I seen why I was so upset I called and messages KRISTINA who once your denied will ignore your every call, and oh btw they said they are a third party and it’s all up to the landlord, that’s a lie, the homes they are renting out are owned by them! It’s an entire family that works there! I was denied because I didn’t put on my application that I have an eviction on my record, which I don’t, my old landlord who got fired for harassing me tried to evict me and my lawyer and the landlords lawyer both agreed it was better for us to just dismiss the case since we already moved out and the ju

My experience with this company and the manager Mr. Kenneth Thurston has not been good at all, If you don't want to take my word for it the address to the Co-op that he's managing is 1798 NW 5th Ave Miami Fla, 33136. The members there is not being treated fairly at all. Mr. Thurston is letting this devil lady by the name of Pauline ruin the members life by taking complete control over the complex. He never talks to his members and does not know them at all. It seems as if there's some type of relationship between the two individuals, mine he is married to Sister Victoria. Could it be a love passion or stealing money. we don't know. Those people are suffering real bad. Please DO NOT rent from these people. They are lying, conceiving, manipulating individuals.
