Seaside Construction

We used Seaside Construction for our beach house in Pointe West and it was the worst experience of our lives. Jeff failed to provide consistent communication and manage our construction properly. We had to redesign the air conditioning because he failed to install return air vents where they were required. He missed our closing scheduled multiple times. After we finally closed and received the keys to our home, we left the country for a planned vacation. When we returned, we discovered that Jeff hired a locksmith to rekey our home and locked us out of our home that we had already closed on. We had to hire our own locksmith and threaten legal action to gain access to our home. He failed to complete our punch list and we had to pay contractors to come back out and finish. There are t

Phil and I are pleased with our new bay home that Seaside Construction built. We chose Seaside Construction because we felt confident they had the experience and knowledge needed to build in a coastal environment. Jeff and his team delivered a beautiful, quality home. The paint, appliance, flooring, electrical, plumbing and other contractors were professional and did a great job. We selected Seaside Construction to build our beach front vacation home after interviewing several island builders. We are so very happy we picked Jeff and his team to design and build our home. We have been in our home for a year now and it has met or exceeded all of our expectations. Not only are they good to work with during construction but have been quick to follow up with any concerns we have had. Not only did we get a great home but, I feel we made new friends.

Seaside built my house about 4 years ago and can’t say enough about them. The construction quality is amazing. One thing I noticed during construction is they used a lot of strapping. More than other builders. While houses built after mine are already getting lots of work done, mine is standing great. Great builder, quality construction!
