Wish they would have laundry fixed or hire a gaurd because the gate is destroyed and the laundry room too. There needs to be a total clean up because drugs are prevalent and the pool could not even open. They can't keep a maintenance person and roaches are all infested in the buildings.

If your moving and looking for a Nice Apartment, Seaport Apartments on 7200 Heardslane is a great place to call Home. It is literally the most Quiet and Peaceful place I've ever lived. I have been here 4 years and just resigned my lease. Seaport had a bad name for quite some time, Corporate and Management has worked extremely hard to Get Rid of the BAD Residents and Drugs. Come in the Office and see our Manager Axton, She will be more than Happy to help you! I have a 1 Bedroom apartment and the size of the rooms and my patio are wonderful! Maintenance is right there to help you! The grounds are kept and the streets repaired. Ride through Seaport Day or Night and you will be impressed ! Office and Maintenance are really cleaning up and making it feel like a real community. Monthly events are fun, who doesn't love food and prizes. Much better than last management.

It needs some fixing up around here. People's with dogs barking all night and 💩 in the grass. Traffic in front is very heavy, I been here almost a year and I NEVER been in the pool cause it's always something wrong with it. They can't keep NO one in the office nor maintenance around here. Grass needs cutting time after time. etc...

As a cleaning company hired to perform move-out cleanings at Seaport Village, I have firsthand experience with the condition of these units. Unfortunately, many of the apartments we were assigned were in extremely poor condition—far below what should be acceptable for incoming tenants. We completed deep cleanings on eight units, bringing them up to livable standards, which honestly felt like performing miracles given their initial state. Despite our efforts, we were only compensated for one unit. After attempts to resolve the issue with upper management (corporate) failed, we chose to discontinue our services.
