Seapointe Villas

we moved into the Seapoint villas in April 2024 and we absolutely love it here. The community is so safe. There’s so many places to walk nearby with your dogs. Andy, the maintenance guy is always super prompt to fix any problem and Albert is always quick to send you an email back if there’s an issue we don’t plan on leaving here anytime soon!

Lived in a 3bd unit for 2 years, am genuinely sad to say goodbye! We would've definitely lived here for longer if we could've. Only moving out because myself and my housemates decided to live in different cities for work. Thank you alberto and andy for always being the best!!!

I’m going on to living here for 6yrs . I have really enjoyed everything about this place from all staff here they really do everything possible to make sure people are satisfied with the service they all provide from management to maintenance Albert and Andy give it their all to do what they do here … I recommend this place 100 percent … also everything is close by from beach to restaurant to entertainment ect ect…

Living near the beach at Seapointe Villas is a dream come true! The property is stunning, and the way Albert, Andy, and Khari stay on top of everything is incredible. Their attention to detail and excellent service made my stay unforgettable. Highly recommend!

Going onto 2 years living here and we absolutely love it. We just had a baby 3 months ago and the team & community here has made it so comfortable for my family. Andy (maintenance) is always spot on and does everything so rapidly! Albert (manager) is amazing! He is so nice & makes sure everything you need gets done immediately and properly. I have absolutely no complaints or negative comments to say about the employees or the community here. Would recommend 1000%!
