Baker Block

Absolutely loving our new home at Baker Block! We just moved in and the entire process was incredibly smooth and stress-free. Vince and Journey went above and beyond, super helpful, professional, and cooperative every step of the way. The amenities are amazing, and honestly, I feel like we lucked out with the best view in the whole building!

The whole leasing Office staff has always been of great support every time I visit. Nicole (Community Manager) has always made time to speak with me and answer all my questions. Great team and great leadership at the office.

I have been living here for about a month and I can say this is my favorite place I’ve ever lived. Very pet friendly, always clean, and quiet. Centrally located right next to the freeway, I’m so glad I’ve found Baker Block! Vincent and Journey were absolutely awesome in helping me through the application and move in process. It was very quick and simple.

So heartbreaking to see the visible decline of this complex after they changed management . Greystar was amazing , once Baker Block was taken over by SRG, the property and community were not the same . The hallways got dirtier , non residents were always in the complex so never could find parking at our own complex, no security ever in sight, common areas also dirty. Things that needed repairing were never repaired. Our apartment unit also has appliances CONSTANTLY breaking , maintenance had to come to fix things like the fridge, washer, etc often. When we were moving out the complex had that old apartment smell, and I didn’t even notice until I returned after I left :( The new management was also against helping when it came to things like retrieving packages , all of this being said the
