Azulon at Mesa Verde 55+ Apartments

We've only been here two weeks now. Moving into Azulon at Mesa Verde has been a wonderful experience—highly recommended for anyone seeking an easy, welcoming start to 55+ living in Costa Mesa. The leasing staff was welcoming and attentive, making sure every move-in process went smoothly and answering any questions with patience and care. The grounds are beautifully maintained, with lush landscaping, a heated saltwater pool, and inviting common areas that immediately set a resort-like tone for daily living. The Azulon at Mesa Verde is a beautiful community. The buildings, grounds and amenities are excellently maintained. The incredible pool, hotub and sitting areas feel like you are at a top notch resort. I love it!

Living at Azulon at Mesa Verde was an amazing experience. I lived there for more than two years and truly enjoyed every single day of my residency. The community is beautiful, the apartments are modern and comfortable, and the management team is always responsive and caring. I only wish I could have stayed longer, but it was beyond my budget at the time. Hopefully, I’ll have the chance to come back in the future — I would highly recommend Azulon to anyone looking for luxury living.

Luis is so awesome! He is so very friendly & fixes everything efficiently and is definitely a hard worker. We feel so lucky to have him!

Nice place always clean. Pool, grills, gym theater, pool table, picnic areas. Washer and dryer in each unit.
