Newport Palms

We have been here for 2 years and under a lease until March 2026. I have no complaints about the property or the units, they are great. It is quiet, clean and the units are spacious and nice compared to other properties. The amenities are great and location is excellent. Maintenance crew here is quick, responsive and competent. My only issue is with the recent change of resident manager. Since moving here in October 2023, we have had 4 different managers! The past three were great, navigating and managing property improvements and upgrades with no issues. The current manager, however, approx. 2 months in, has suddenly decided to charge us $80.00 a month for a parking space we have never been charged for before AND without any written notice. I had an amazing tour with Claudia at Newport Palms! From the moment I arrived, she was warm, welcoming, and incredibly knowledgeable. She took the time to understand what I was looking for and highlighted all the features that mattered most to me without ever making the tour feel rushed or salesy. Claudia made the community feel inviting and easy to picture myself living in. She answered every question with patience and detail, and her genuine enthusiasm for the property really stood out. Claudia gave my boyfriend and I a wonderful tour of the apartment complex and made the entire experience enjoyable and informative. She was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and well-prepared, and she shared great information and recommendations about the neighborhood that were really helpful. The staff we met were also welcoming and professional, and the complex itself was clean, well-maintained, and very impressive. Overall, it was a great experience, and we really appreciated Claudia’s time and expertise.

Been here for a few months and it’s been awesome so far. There’s a few things included with rent that are really great too, internet and trash service. Overall it’s been a really wonderful experience. Neighbors are all very nice and it’s super quiet while being really close to the beach. The apartment quality is exceptional too, central air and hard wood floors. Really high quality appliances and the gym here is super nice. Management is really nice and maintenance is great! I’ve had a few small requests and Isaiah has always super fast to get to us with a repair and is so nice! They all clearly care about making it a nice place to live and I’m very happy with the choice to live here

I want to give a huge shoutout to our current maintenance manager for doing an incredible job. Since taking over, Isaiah has not only kept everything running smoothly, but has also taken care of a number of issues that were left unresolved by the previous maintenance . He has great attention to detail, is super prompt , and always delivers quality repairs that have made a noticeable difference. It’s clear he genuinely care about the property and the people who live here. A big thank you for going above and beyond!
