Years ago it was great here. They had a heated pool but for some reason stopped heating it. Nearly all the grills on the property are broken now and it’s a really big property. It’s not secure even though they say it is. Cars wait at gates and follow other cars in. Other gates are always open. The gate to the back park is never locked so anyone can walk in anytime. They tow cars nonstop even delivery drivers and pretty much keep the local tow company in business. Management doesn’t respond very often and when they do they’re not really helpful. The best part about this place are the ducks that bring a notch of peace but management just sent out a warning not to feed them anymore. The jacuzzi breaks regularly. Ralph was able to stop the immediate emergency, troubleshoot the issue, and properly escalate it to a technician who will fix the issue permanently. His fast thinking and adaptability saved the day and stopped my initial problem, paving the way for an external vendor to wrap things up. 10/10 on customer service, and knowledge. He left me confident the company is hiring the right people.

The staff is TERRIBLE and impossible to get ahold of. I’ve called multiple times about an issue: no answer. I’ve been texting daily asking for updates and I get ignored for days at a time. There is no staff on site to speak with in person. On the rare occasions when someone does respond, they only answer part of what you ask. You have to repeat the same questions over and over and the communication is short, rude, and unhelpful. Half the time I don’t even know who I’m talking to because the messages don’t introduce themselves or give any clarity. For every 5 texts I send, I get one text back 3 days later with the most unhelpful answer. For the price you pay to live here, you would expect normal and basic customer service — like returning a phone call, providing updates, or speaking to te

I stayed there (on the non gated side) for about 6 years and witnessed how things got progressively worse. When Covid hit, it was impossible to actually talked to an employee there. Everything was done over text and since several people have access to the same number, it was very confusing. The grounds are not well maintained. You will see broken lights, dirty BBQ and hot tubs. During summer, a lot of people from nearby communities will come enjoy the pools because all the gates are broken, same for the gym. My apartment had a view of the pool and I witnessed daily drug addicts/homeless people using the restrooms and leaving them in a disgusting state when the pool was not already green to begin with.
