They are never available to answer questions concerning the terrible living situation there. Besides the ants it's a moldy problem creeping through walls, carpet, bathroom areas and etc. It takes over a month for anyone to answer a phone. Your best out is to Certify a letter to them through the courts. This is SLUM LORD behavior but this is what happens in Riverdale, GA. Monica and company are the worst when it comes to results.
I stopped in to see Management in regards to any vacancies. This property is small and they have been here awhile and they are off Riverdale Road. Quiet area, no vacancies.
I took a road trip to Atlanta.. I came into these apartments.. Riverdale is a nice area.
Quiet place to live but they had a horrible ant problem
A older complex thats super quiet.
