Sea Breeze Beach Apartments

I’m so excited to be at my new apartment! After such a stressful week of searching I never thought I’d find a place that ticked all of my boxes. I found this apartment thanks to Mary Lou and I’m so lucky. First of all the apartment is everything my husband and I wanted and more. And secondly, the experience that we had with Mary Lou and staff at Sea Breeze was unmatched. Her kindness and proactive communication made for the most seamless rental experience ever. Thank you so much for such a great experience for the most amazing place to live in!

Mary Lou was helpful in showing us the place and ensured everything was handled quickly and easily. She checked all the details to make sure everything was in working condition and was super responsive. She made the whole process super seamless, and we love our apartment.

So far ive been living in here for 3 years and i have had nothing but the best experience here. 1. The location is so beautiful and I'll never get tired of it. 2. Mary lou the property manager is absolutely amazing shes always there to help with the quickness and unlike most property managers shes actually nice to talk and always in the best mood so it never seems like it would be awkward to hold a conversation with her. shes truly the best the person to talk to if your looking to move here.

I lived at Sea breeze apartment for over 2 years and had an amazing experience! And the beach is just two blocks away. The community is clean and quiet, the neighbors are friendly and respectful, and the staff is very helpful. From the maintenance to manager everything is taken care of promptly and you are treated with courtesy. I would like to live there again since I love to go to the beach.
