I lived at Villa Capistrano for ~2 years and loved being a resident there. Lorraine and the management team are fantastic. The property is always clean and well maintained and they’re quick to respond to any issues. Great place to live in South Bay.

I lived here for 4 years and had such a lovely experience. The management team was always easy to communicate with — responses were quick, and maintenance requests were handled efficiently every time. The property was always well-maintained, from the landscaping to the tree trimming, which made it feel peaceful and cared for. I always felt secure and supported knowing there was such a reliable and kind management company behind it. I’m only moving because of work farther north, but I’m leaving with nothing but gratitude for my time and experience here. I highly recommend them!

I contacted HPM (about the unit below) and spoke to a woman by the name of Lorraine; My Customer Service experience was phenomenal! Do to that fact that Lorraine is a stickler for details! I’m talking down to the most minute of details! Most places we* come across don’t care about what some would consider “small details” such as paint splatters, dated amenities, warped paneling, hard water spots… I can go on and on and on. After speaking with her, I was able to rest assure that she truly cares about the customer experience. I highly recommend HPM

Juan was excellent when he came to fix my appliance. He was professional, clean and courteous. He did the job in a timely fashion and didn’t leave a mess! I highly recommend him to anyone who needs help!!

Lorraine (the apt manager) has been super helpful when I first moved in. She was so prompt and professional and always got back to me. She also made sure my move went smoothly. I really liked living here. Every maintenance request was completed the within several days. This building unit is really quiet and in a great neighborhood. I would recommend this apartment if anyone was looking.
