Riviera Vista Apartments

I moved into Riviera Vista last month. Marylou is the manager who showed me the place and was so professional, helpful, friendly and warm. I immediately wanted to live here. She is also very diligent and responds to everything immediately. Danielle is amazing too. I feel safe and cozy here, everything is clean and accessible and I have a wonderful view. RV is a lovely, friendly place to live and I'm anxious to meet the rest of the tenants and staff. I've lived in Redondo Beach for 28 years and this is my favorite place yet.

The management at Riviera Vista Apartment Homes in Redondo Beach is excellent. They’re responsive, professional, and keep the property well-maintained. Maintenance requests are handled quickly, and the community feels welcoming and well cared for.

Wonderful place to live. I’ve lived here for 15 years, and there’s no other city, or Apartment Community that I would live in or recommend. The Management Team and their practices are phenomenal and so is the Resident Leasing Manager. Everyone is always friendly and very accommodating. If you’re looking for a GREAT Apartment Community, Riviera Vista Apartments is the place to be.

I've lived here for less than a year now but I knew as soon as I checked out the apartment I wanted to lease it. First, Marylou who is the community manager is amazing and so easy to communicate with. She is always friendly and also very diligent. Second, the building isn't new but from what I have experienced, it's well maintained and I haven't had any issues. Third, location, location, location. You're a block from the beach and a walk away from the riviera village. Finally, the people here are very respectful. I'm single, in my late 30s, work from home and enjoy the broad demographic of this building. I find this place to be very safe and calming. If you're a down to earth and a respectful person who loves a great community, I would recommend Riviera Vista.

Marylou was such a wonderful welcoming and kind person during my expressed interest and tour of the apartments. Even though I was looking for something very specific, she still kept me in mind and in touch. However, I had to decide on a different apartment because of me wanting a pet also in addition to other specific things I was looking for in an apartment. I’m sure any future tenant will have joy by having Marylou as their property manager.
