I’ve lived here for over year. Property management and maintenance staff are great! In most cases work gets done same day or the day after. Thank you Remee for doing an excellent job!

Enjoyed my time living at CC. I found it to be clean, an amazing location and great walk ability. Management got back to me when ever I needed. Wish I didn’t have to leave.

I had a wonderful experience living in this apartment complex. Great management, quick response for any repairs, great community and the view was amazing. The leasing manager , Remee McNulty was very kind and helpful with all the leasing procedures.

Management is rude, unprofessional, and unresponsive. Elevator seems to be broken every month. I've voiced my concern about it when I first moved in 9 months ago, and had to call 911 over the weekend because an elderly tenant was stuck in the elevator for 20 minutes scared to death. Another tenant just told me she was stuck in the elevator with a little girl for 20 minutes a few weeks ago. The negative and dismissive treatment from management is not worth the view, don't do it to yourself! Also your paid view isn't guaranteed. When I moved in my neighbors Seattle Seahawks flag completely covered my view and it took me complaining for 4+ months to management to get them to have the neighbors take it down. Great place to be on / near the beach. Right on the bicycle paths. An older apartment complex with too many coats of paint and other expected problems, but my view and location are worth it!
