This was beautiful home when we seen on the lot. After ordering one ( was told it would be 6 to 8 weeks) actually took 11 weeks to get and over 3 months to set up once delivered to property. Issues since day one: - lenght of set up and complete punch list(over 120 items and wasn't picky at all) - was told had only 24hrs for two guys to complete. Told them didn't care items needed to be fixed. Didn't complete everything. - just after 1 year warranty hot water heater failed. I had to replace out of pocket. Manufacturer said no. Outside of warranty. - was left with over 3ft crack on ceiling as repair came back to light after one year. - some of the cabinets separated from walls. Had to pay to fix. - Sheet rock tape started to separate in bedroom. Again had to fix. - Light switches stopped wor

I bought a Scotbilt home for 150,000$ and they never grouted my master shower. Never came to do an inspection of the house. Left me with no answers and no help. Do not buy from Scotbilt.

Worst customer service ever! Took them almost a year to get out here to do repairs and they still did not fix the buckling warped floor. Guy they sent out put concrete bricks under the mobile home and still did not fix the problem. Supposedly they were going to get someone back out here after the holidays. No one has ever called or emailed after repeat emails. Lisa was our representative then it changed to Heavan now its back to Lisa who never responds. I am disgusted with this company and looks like I will be forced get an attorney.

I like my home but, when I purchased I noticed damage on the bathrooms tub, among other things, wich is expected, and was supposed to be fixed by the home warranty department. They did send a technician who fixed a few electrical issues, flooring, etc, and was told they were waiting for the tub manufacturer in order to replace it. I have called multiple times, left multiple messages, and pretty much been ignored. I'm usually busy, don't have time to be dealing with this stuff, so just wanted to let people know they might fix minor issues but they will probably leave you hanging with bigger issues.

We are the second owners of a 2020 Scotbilt home. I wouldn’t let these people build an outhouse!!! Worst workmanship ever. Nothing fits correctly (I replaced all interior doors including rough openings , which were all incorrect.) They attempted to cover their shoddy workmanship with caulk. There is caulk everywhere!!! It appears that cabinets were installed prior to finishing the drywall.Construction debris was left on top of the cabinets ,all tabs on electrical outlets were cut off and loose. BUYER BEWARE! DO NOT PURCHASE A HOME FROM SCOTBILT!!
