Rachel and staff are excellent. I selected them after a year of failed attempts by another company who lacked attention to detail. Crossway took over and Rachel had all the properties ready and rented in 60 days, AMAZING. I will not use any other company in Waycross to manage rentals and plan on using them for my next purchase. 🪄🙏❤️

Listings state a 130 dollar processing fee at lease signing which is a bit above normql but seems fine. But after you fill out the application Rachel messages you with a bunch of requirements, one of which os 30 dollars per person for a background check as if beenverified isn't a 20 dollar monthly fee lol. In short, reeks of some non refund scam and they want you to essentially give them 200 dollars for the "free" app fee.

These people came through in my crazy situations and found me my home. From the long drives here, I might have been late a few times, Aria Reese came through every time on point......she did an amazing job. I can not even explain how much she has helped me. I wanted to return a favor and say thank you so much for your help and support on my home. You deserve to go to great places in your career. Everyone knows it is hard to find people not just in it for the money but for the people as well. Thank y'all so much for helping me with my first home......... God bless.......

Worst experience I have ever had working with a company. We are looking for a rental have excellent income as well as references. We are in the process of working on our credit. Jeff Jones told us we had to apply and PAY to have the background checks BEFORE we even saw the inside of the house. It took 6 phone calls and 4 emails to get Jeff to respond to us and then he was rude and said we were denied due to credit. Now we are out 60 dollars. He was rude and short and was well aware of our credit predicament even before we applied. We are very upset and will not be recommending crossway to anyone. Jeff Jones was cold uncaring not helpful and very unprofessional. He made us feel very down graded due to our credit and like we were not worth his time.

This place is the most unprofessional,most crooked place to deal with in Waycross do not do business with these ppl. I would not recommend these ppl for nothing.. i moved out of a place I was renting and was told by the owner of the place I was renting I would have to contact Rachel to get my deposit back and I did and she was totally rude with me about it tould me she would have to talk to her boss about that witch stated in the contract that long as nothing was damaged inside the house that I would receive my deposit back well guess what it's been a month and a half still they won't answer my calls and still haven't received my deposit back.. like I said these ppl are crooks.. oh and she also said she would call me back after talking to her boss to let me know about my deposit still ain'
