My Wife and I were on the search for our new home for several weeks.. we contacted Power Home Inspections to conduct an inspection on a potential buy for us. Charley came out and conducted his inspection with complete honesty. Turns out that our search continued for our home and each time we needed the inspection, Charley was our guy. He conducts his business with 100% integrity, very friendly and is completely professional. His inspection reports are easy to read and his results are provided quickly. We had a wonderful experience with Power Home Inspection! Our family needed an inspection on a home prior to purchasing, and he walked through the entire home with us, answering all our questions. He was very knowledgeable in every area, and up to date on regulations. We received our detailed report including photos in a timely manner, (less than a day!) and we were able to negotiate the cost of repairs with the seller. We are now happily living in our new home, and still use the report and photos to help us plan our next steps, as well as communicate clearly with professionals we hired for the repairs and updates. Charlie at Power Home Inspection did a home inspection for us last month and we're so glad he was recommended to us. I contracted Charlie to perform an inspection on a home that I am purchasing. Once the attorney review had concluded, he was very accommodating to the time frame we needed the inspection performed within and provided a very thorough report the same night! He also provided us with a termite inspector (Bug Smart) who came at the same time and who was equally accommodating. Charlie even followed up with a phone call the next evening to see if I had any questions about the report.
