Good people, we brought our kids in while we signed a lease for a rental. Really happy with the way things turned out. Just be careful some property owners don’t take care of their property. This is a potential issue you’ll run into. Went and looked at other properties offered that weren’t well maintained or had other issues. Watch for water damage. Smell is a big warning.

A friend of mine is selling property through this company and they in my opinion are taking advantage of her. Her husband passed away and due to some financial hardships she decided to sell her property. Well twice already they told her that someone is purchasing her land after days of getting a run around about her money a female employee tells her the deal fell through. A few days later once again my friend receives a call that someone is purchasing her land and once again the deal through. This has been going on for months now. Well now they are saying that due to old taxes on the property from years ago way before my friend and her husband purchased the property that she is not going to get any money because of this. Not sure about the real estate side but property management is not professional. Got approved and didn't know until we called, which is hard to get someone to answer to begin with. Combined with the attitude that they don't care whether you sign with them are not.
