I am an agent in Texas and today I needed some information. I know plenty of good real estate brokers in Georgia but none were in their office. Amelia was in and was more than helpful in my situation. Not only did she give the info but she printed and explained everything to me without even asking, going above and beyond what I had asked. Some things are different in Georgia versus Texas but she made it all make sense. She talked enough to get information about me and discovered that I have rentals in Waycross. She said they handle almost 200 in the area and offered her services to me. If and when I need someone to, she will be the first to consider because of the help she offered today when no one else was in there offices. Thanks for your help 😊

Paid 20$ for an application to be processed. I was told it shouldn’t take longer than 24 hours, four days later it still wasn’t processed and I was informed they were going to rent the house to someone else who had previously declined but their application had already been approved. I’ll never go there again.

It is such a convenience to pay my mortgage and taxes online. I have had to go into the office a couple of time and Mrs. Star was very patient and helpful. Wonderful service. Great business.
