Scioto Properties

Horrible property management !!! We have been quiet about the property in our neighborhood that was bought by Scioto Properties in 2016. We’ve tolerated the lack of property management but now we are going to make sure Scioto Properties is aware how crappy the yard looks and how much of an eye sore it is. They don’t do any leaf removal in the fall and then when spring comes their leaves blow everywhere. We are no longer going to stay quiet about this property.

This is directed towards anyone who has family or loved ones living in any of the group homes owned by this company. Our family members deserve to live in a place that has what they need. If they’re in a group home they typically have mental health issues and often a group home setting is the last resort, it’s so expensive due to the constant medical care teams that must be present. Our family members are human beings, and most of them are facing living on the streets if not for extensive medical care, and hospitals are not able to house them long term like a group home can. I’m sorry that many of the reviews on here are negative, and some of them seem to have legitimate concerns, such as one who says residents are peering through neighbors windows. Please Please do something about this house!! I live across the street and my children are harassed violently daily by a resident of this home who is allowed to stand out front and scream obscenely all day long. I will call the police daily until this is rectified. Please provide a local number to contact management to have something done. 84 Valley View Road

This company has again placed another group home in another residential community. My neighborhood is expensive to purchase yet these group homes are being placed in them. I live in Oakleaf Plantation located in Orange Park Florida (Group Home Address: 3926 Deertree HillsDrOrangeParkFlorida32065). I would not have purchased a home that had a business such as a group home across the street. Neighbor next door to this home experience adults who have mental illness peaking in their window. I hear all kinds of noises coming from the home. Employees as stated in another complaint Park all over the place not caring that we actually live here and purchased our home and not cheap. To the owner of this company placed these businesses in your neighborhood and see if you would want to pay a mortgage

Our experience with them has been excellent. They are super responsive and accommodating, courteous and professional. They makes sure our group home has everything it needs.
