Cortland Powell

Recently moved in and have been happy with my experience. Nicely designed property. I was pleasantly surprised to find a dedicated storage area in the large garage that I rented as an extra. I appreciate how organized they are and how the application process was all online. Thanks to Lauren for showing me around and responding quickly to my questions.

I’ve been a long time resident of Cortland properties. This is my third time renting with them across Central Ohio and they never fail to impress. Everyone is always professional and helpful, the communities are safe, and the amenities are always wonderful. I recently got back from a 9 month deployment in Kuwait, so returning to civilian life has been a bit of a challenge, however at Cortland Powell, they streamlined the process, answered all my questions, and kept me in the loop every step of the way, which allowed me to find my new home. Shoutout to Lauren, Erica, Chantel, and Sakeena for all that you do to help service members like me.

NEVER AGAIN..If zero star was an option that's what Cortland of Powell would get. LIBERTY SUMMIT APARTMENT IS ONE STREET OVER, FOR $1,679 for a two bedroom with an attached garage and newer built.. if it wasn't for the negative experience that I had with the unprofessional staff at cartland of powell I would not have had a chance to discover such a great place to live. I'm glad Liberty Summit have professional people working in their office who care about prospective tenants coming to view their units.. Let's keep in mind that cortland of powell is built right next to a train track NOT PRIME REAL ESTATE FOR ANYONE TO LIVE because you are going to hear the train going by in the middle of the night. 7 years ago, they were the only new apartment down there in 2025.There's over seven new a

Sakeena is always so helpful whenever I visit the office with questions! She’s friendly, professional, and makes sure everything is taken care of. Maintenance is also great; they always show up promptly whenever I submit a work order. Overall, excellent service and a great team!

Today 1/16 /25 , we got a appointment to tour a appartment in cortland powell ,but the way she treated us was very unprofessional. She dont even ask us to sit, we were standing and talking to her , she send a link to verify the ID which was not working she won’t even help to do something about it.This might be the worst experience we ever had in our whole house hunting. I don’t recommend anyone to go and see her and experience that. There was not even a single person was waiting to say she is busy .
