The Residences at Sara Crossing Apartment Homes

Great place to live! The units feel more like an house than an apartment. Awesome luxury apartments with a ton of space and great amenities included! The staff is always welcoming and accommodating, and all the residents are very neighborly. Conveniently located on Sawmill with easy access to grocery stores nearby. Would suggest for anyone who’s looking for a nice, luxury apartment/townhome away from the hustle & bustle of downtown Columbus!

I opted not to live here only becsuse of location alone nothing to do with quality of the place . In fact i was hoping for it to work out. I highly recommend it as a rental option to anyone wanting a rental that is more like a ranch style house than an apt. They are all one story 2 bedrm , 2 bath ranch or garden style homes all situated in a very nice suburban style quiet neigborhood. The ammenities arent abundent like a typical apt because of the house like set up however the area, and the layout of the apt more than make up for it. Luxury isnt the word , youll have to just see it but there wers no cheap short cuts with this newer build. The layout is open ,all hard floors except bedrooms, tall ceilings ,gourmet kitchen with large sink and bar ,table area,inunit laundry, walk in closets

I am at a loss for words for where to even start! The quality of these luxury apartments are phenomenal as they are both functional and beautifully designed, perfect for any family! Not only that, but the communal areas are not just stunning, but functional! My family has used the fire place, out door patio/tv, and garden boxes more times then I can count. My neighbors are all so kind and the community events are creatively organized by the staff to be both inclusive and fun! Speaking of the staff, Lexi and Ellyn are as helpful and welcoming as they come. They always ask about my day and show genuine interest when I talk to them as I make myself a coffee of the month, which are always to die for! We sold our house and had 2 weeks to vacate, with a dog. We also were 3 months from our new build being completed. Lexi was very helpful with the application process. The apartment was updated nicely. We enjoyed the screen-in porch. The area is nicely landscaped. And during our time the community gardens were at peak . The whole community was opened to walking our dog on a leash, and there was ample access to Cleanup and dispose of dog waste. We enjoyed the people we met, Josh was very responsive to any maintenance requests. The app was easy to navigate. There was ample storage space in the garage. And the nice little perk, the coffee bar!!
