Old World Custom Homes - Columbus Model Home

I recently had the chance to tour a model home by Old World Homes, and I was genuinely impressed. As a real estate professional, I walk through a lot of homes—but this one stood out. The craftsmanship was impeccable—solid, beautifully built, and full of thoughtful, timeless details. The finishes were truly luxury, with every design choice clearly made with care and quality in mind. The team on site made us feel welcomed and well taken care of, and their knowledge and pride in the product really came through. While I haven’t personally built with Old World Homes, I have a friend who did and had an outstanding experience from start to finish. Based on what I saw and what I’ve heard, I would confidently recommend Old World Homes to any of my clients looking to build on their own lot.

My previous experiences at these model homes and with the representatives have been great! There is no doubt that it will be the same here too! Update: The ability to self tour was so great! I saw every detail of quality within their model! They are definitely my favorite builder!

While we didn’t end up building with OWC, working with Jim was awesome and such a breath of fresh air compared to our previous experience with a custom home builder. Jim and the OWC team were extremely responsive, creative in their design, listened to our needs and wants for our dream home, but most importantly lived up to their word! Unfortunately for us, timing didn’t end up working out but we thoroughly enjoyed our experience!
