Nolan Reserve

I truly enjoyed living in this complex for the first part of my tenancy. The location is a major highlight—it's right next to a beautiful park with plenty of walking paths, which has been perfect for daily outings with my young son. It is also within 10 minutes of any store you'll need. The surrounding neighborhood feels safe, family-friendly, and pleasantly quiet overall. That said, my experience has been significantly impacted by excessive noise from the upstairs unit 211, which has made apartment living much more challenging than expected. The residents above me in unit 211 walk with heavy footsteps (often described as heel to toe stomping) throughout the day and late into the evening/night which is heard through the carpeted floor. Nolan has been an amazing healing place for my daughter and I. The management and maintenance staff is kind, helpful, and thorough. The community is quiet but has everything you could need either on site or a short walk or drive away. But the best part of living at Nolan Reserve is my morning sunrises! Nothing about Nolan will disappoint!

Since the day we first viewed our new apartment, our experience has been top notch! Our guide, Natalie, quickly found just the apartment and amenities we were searching for, and the apartment she showed us has been perfect! Our leasing experience, move in and first months here have just been great! The ambiance and lovely features, the staff, and our neighbors have proven this was def the right choice for us. We looked for several months for the right fit and are so happy we found it. Love the rural surrounds, with convenient shops and restaurants nearby. We’re right next to a lovely park too. Could not be more pleased with Nolan Reserve!

My husband and I really enjoyed our time here. The area is amazing, and the unit is a great size with things that can be hard to find in other apartments like a pantry, walk-in closet, laundry room, and granite countertops. Our neighbors were very kind and really reasonable to live around. They've honestly been the best neighbors of any complex we've lived in. Noise levels are pretty low. I didn't hear anything from the other units besides an occasional dog barking. The one thing I would caution about are the train tracks behind the building. The train does run a couple times a night, which was hard the first week, but that's all it took before we were used to it and could sleep right through it. Me and my fiancée moved in to Nolan reserve shortly after they opened and have been living here for almost 2 years now. From the moment we toured to the moment we are leaving this place, our experience has been nothing but positive. If it were not for a mandatory career change we would stay here as long as we could. The pool and grilling area are so amazing in the summer time and the gym is clean, new, and rarely crowded. The snacks, coffee machine, and computers/printers are additional amenities that may be overlooked initially but some of the things we grew to love and appreciate most about Nolan reserve. The staff has changed slightly since our move-in but we have had absolutely zero issues with our unit or anything else regarding this property so our interaction with staff has been min
