Pre and post building with Schell is a completely different experience. Their model of depending on a Warranty Department to correct issues is a problem. Our warranty rep was lazy, uncaring and took sometimes up to 4 times to get a problem corrected. We were promised a clean work site in our community. It took many attempts by multiple people to have them clean up the war zone appearance n our neighborhood. Our community is advertised as a gated community. We have since discovered that this could not be further from the truth. Need more transparency and communication. We have great neighbors and do love the layout of our house.
Jay and Zack were remarkable. After my clients had a very upsetting situation elsewhere, the two Schell salesman were OUTSTANDING. As a Realtor, having good builders to bring clients to is of course important
