I first met Scott, Lanham, President of Accessible Home Builders in 2022 while I was back east in Delaware visiting family. As a 50 year resident of California, and a 2021 widow, I made the decision to build a home back east to be closer to family. I first discovered one of Scott’s new builds while my sister and I were looking for land. We walked through the property and I called Scott to set up an appointment. After that first meeting with Scott, I knew he would be building my home. Later that year, I gave Scott a sketch for the vision of my new home. Fast forward to 2023. Very professional service, since the first meeting, they helped with design, permits, the whole construction process and it was fast and easy. Their people was open to observations and even helped with additional requests. Very happy with them.
