I would like to share my experience with sales representative Jennifer Casamento and offer an important piece of advice to prospective buyers: always ensure that everything discussed is documented in writing before finalizing any agreement. In many cases, verbal assurances made during the sales process may not be reflected in the final contract. Without written confirmation, you may later find yourself responsible for items or costs you did not anticipate.
