We started looking for a new home in 2018. Peninsula Lakes was the first place we looked, but we felt we had to check out the other developments. On our semi-annual trips, we visited different developments. In the summer of 2020, we came back to Peninsula Lakes and met with a different salesperson and a new model, the Ainsley. Nikki G. was our salesperson and she was the reason we bought at Pen Lakes, along with the vibrant community and beautiful Ainsley model. We quickly signed the contract. Within a few months we were in the Design Center and two months after that, construction began. The Construction Manager, Mitch S., took over at that point.
