Lennar at Plantation Lakes

We are absolutely thrilled with our decision to purchase a home in Plantation Lakes. From the moment we entered the community, we were struck by its serene and picturesque surroundings. The overall "resort" feel of the community and meticulously maintained golf course create such a welcoming atmosphere. The neighborhood is peaceful yet vibrant, with friendly neighbors and a true sense of community. The amenities here are fantastic, from the clubhouse and fitness center to the beautiful walking trails around the lakes—and of course, the stunning golf course. There’s always something to enjoy! Great experience all to the way up until closing. We were supposed to close on the Wed before Thanksgiving and our lender had some underwriting delays. We were able to close on the following Monday (The next business day for the title company) and they charged us for $1,500 (5 days X 1%) for a closing delay. Read you contract carefully with this company. No room for compasion even around the holidays.

I got the keys to my new Lennar home just a few weeks ago. I had an amazing experience I love my new home and I would recommend Lennar to anyone. So far so good with moving in and settling in I’m very excited to live in this new community.

I moved into Plantation Lakes late November. I moved in on the South side in one of the new Jennings. My daughter and I just happened to stop in to visit the models. We were greeted by Heidi , when we first arrived. She was outstanding with hospitality and showed interest in what I was looking for. Heidi and Lisa guided me through settlement on my home and even after my purchase. Their extreme kindness and helpfulness is an understatement.
