Savannah Creek

I’ve stayed in these apartments for 1 year and I enjoyed the quietness of the neighborhood. I felt safe day and night. The units are very spacious. These apartments are surrounded by great restaurants, grocery stores, and shopping centers. The front office staff are kind, and my maintenance issues/requests were always responded to quickly.

I have genuinely enjoyed living here for the past year. The property is well-maintained and offers a peaceful atmosphere, despite its proximity to the main roads. There is ample parking, and the staff consistently demonstrates a high level of helpfulness, friendliness, and responsiveness. Upon moving in, the apartment was impressively clean, which made settling in much easier. While the apartment buildings are older, mine was newly remodeled and looks quite nice. However, some regular maintenance is needed—my AC, for example, required a few repairs. It would be beneficial for future residents to be prepared for these standard maintenance tasks. The gym could use some improvement and updates, but I personally didn't need it during my stay. Overall, I would certainly recommend living here

The staff are fantastic, however I have had SEVERAL issues with hot water heaters causing leaking in my ceiling. This past time I had several water features coming from my ceiling and it flooded my secondary bathroom. This occurs every couple of months. Even now I have more water spots in my ceiling and maintenance is inspecting(cutting a hole in my wall) for a leak in a different unit. My dishwasher hasn't worked since I moved in but I was promised a new one. Not to mention my power flickers and sometimes shuts off for 30 minutes at a time. For the price you can find better. I moved in sight unseen assuming bc it was newly renovated there would be no issues. If I had known there were issues I would've considered other apartments, especially bc I had to come up with an extra 850 just to m

We highly recommend Savannah Creek to anyone looking for an apartment. They are well maintained and the staff were always very helpful and kind. The location is awesome! It is located off in a serene, peaceful setting, yet close to a lot of restaurants and shopping centers in Southaven. Two thumbs up!

We loved living here for the past 2 years. The property it well maintained. It feels quiet even though you’re very close to the main roads. Plenty of parking. Staff was always helpful, friendly, and responsive. When we moved in the apartment was very clean accept for the floor and entry smelled of smoke. When we mentioned there was a smoke smell they offered that if we couldn’t get it out they would look into some professional remediation. We ended up being able to scrub it out just fine. These apartment buildings are older. Ours was newly remodeled and nice, but there’s regular maintenance that the water heater needed, AC had to be fixed a few times.
