I would not recommend this group of realtors - especially as buying/dual agents. We used realtor, Christy Webster, to purchase land in May 2024 and have been tremendously disappointed in the process and her communication. She was a dual agent for the property but we trusted she’d still have our best interest in mind. We submitted an offer for the land in March 2024 with the agreement that a drive would be put into the property by April 28, 2024 so we could access the property from the road. When the day came, it hadn’t been completed. Christy encouraged us to continue with closing anyway. She stated she knew the contractor and that he was working on several other jobs for her as well. She stated she would ensure he completed it before moving on to the other jobs and would continue to commu

I am extremely disappointed in this company!!! Me and my husband have been trying to get a home and the realtor and she duck and dodge us like we owed her money! So we found out after the house was posted after calling her and emailing her for two weeks she sold it to another person!!! Guess the color of our skin still playing apart!

I spoke to a Tiria Patel, she was well worth me taking the time to stop and talk with.
