Rented a home in Tupelo for 8 months. The company would not provide blinds for the house, and when asked if they would reimburse me for having to buy my own blinds they refused. They charge an extra fee each month for lawncare and air filters, non negotiable. Multiple times I’d have to ask them to send me my filters or ask when they’d be out to cut the grass. The lawn was always overgrown. The tile flooring had cracked from the house settling, I informed them, nothing was done. Pencil marks on the walls when I moved in. Informed them, nothing was done. They’d send a pest control guy to my house without telling me he’d be spraying AFTER DARK, imagine my surprise whe

I assisted my mom with applying for a house she doesn’t have much credit due to being a stay at home mom for years. She was advised she needed a cosigner, to rent a home? It’s not like she was trying to buy it. I believe they’re really out to collect application fees. The house wasn’t even all that great that she applied for. So if you’re trying to establish your own with minimal credit, look elsewhere. They WILL NOT HELP YOU!

Buyers Beware! I learned the hard way about why the waters is so muddy in Muddy Waters Realty. I should’ve considered the many bad reviews on your side as a red flag 🚩, but I went against the grain and I surely do regret and NEVER again will I ever consider your company and I will NEVER recommend your company to anyone. This company seemingly is operating a racket whereas they require the applicants to pay a fee and then they seemingly pick and choose which applicants they’ll respond to (regardless of the status of the application) and just keep the application fee and never respond to the applicant to let the applicant know what the status of the application is one way or another. That is NASTY WORK and may no good come to them and their shady business as a result of slicking me out o

Worst company ever .Do not rent with them they are a scam . Our lease started Saturday may 26th & we moved in & the house had multiple problems . Water leak in ceilings & all the lights in garage & some rooms where blown & fence was broken & no hot water. I called them for repairs & they keep giving the day some body will be out & be out & than a later they terminate my lease to vactate they they found excuses . I repeat do not rent with this company or give them any money . Do not rent that house

I’ve been renting one of their homes in Desoto County since 2020. The maintenance team is awesome !!! The people in the office are amazing as well. They work with you as long as you converse with them. I’ll recommend them to any one 😊 Thanks Desoto county team. I appreciate you all 💙
