I love renting from McClay properties. I've been a tenant for 4 years and Patrick is an amazing landlord. His properties are updated and moderately priced. If I enter a maintenance request he respond immediately by sending trained professionals to resolve the issue. Its hard to find a rental company that care about the up keep of their properties and the service they provide their tenants. I will be renting from McClay Properties until I purchase a home.

I've been renting from McClay Properties for about 3 years. Ive never really had any issues in my home, its pretty up to date and a decent neighborhood. If I need something fixed a maintenance guy is ALWAYS able to come out and fix whatever. Patrick is a pretty cool landlord for the most part, he's never given me any problems. He's been in this industry for while from my understanding, so he can be pretty firm and straight forward with business.

I have been renting from Patrick for over 5 years my experience with him is top of the line. .No matter what or if I have a problem within my house he will definitely have it done within 24 to 48 hours. He has always been polite and understanding my landlord rocks.His maintenance guy is very professional and friendly.Good job goes more to the successful outcome of the task, and the quality of effort he put into his work.Thanks Patrick McClay and team

I have been renting from McClay properties since 2014 and is still currently renting from him. When I call about anything it never takes more than a day before someone is in route. He has been very kind to me and my family. He was patient with me and was there to help me through a dilemma in my moving transition. Not everyone would have cared enough or even helped me through it but he did. For that I will always be grateful 🙏🏽.

I rented a house from him for six years. I left the house in the same condition it was when I moved in and never received my deposit back and never even got a reason why. The house had several small issues when I moved in but I never complained, the HVAC unit was very old and didn’t heat or cool the house well and cost a lot in utilities to operate. I still had to use space heaters and window ac units.He has shown up without notice banging on the door until we answered even though he knew that my wife works at night so she sleeps during the afternoon while I’m at work. He requires you to sign a new lease every year and raises the rent at least every two years which made me feel stuck only being able to move out at the end of each lease.
