Keller Williams is an excellent realty service. They were so helpful to us in our home buying process. They work hard to make the whole process move so smoothly. We have had nothing but issues with the agent from this real estate company. Lack of communication, non professional in many ways. Has never broke down the details of any paperwork for the clients. We explained our circumstances personally to our agent and he still did what was best for him, not us, his clients. We are not from the Olive Branch area he knew this and yet he drew up papers for us to sell our home without a contingency. Therefore we had to sell our home with no home to go to. I have proof of this from the agent of a home she is selling in Walls, Ms. We had no where else to go and he still set a closing date for us to sell our home even when we had no other home to go to. This has been the worst experience of my life and the realtor still wont own his own mistake he keeps blam

Nikki Rowland was the sweetest and most helpful realtor I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with. She helped us get a house in March, and on the occasion I have a random question, is still so kind as to help with anything I need regarding the new house. Id highly recommend her to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, professional realtor!
