Customer Reviews
We’ve lived here for about a year, and it’s truly been a good experience for our family. For the price, this community really offers solid value. We’ve lived in a cheaper complex before, and the difference in overall quality was noticeable. Here, the building is well maintained, clean, and feels cared for. The management team has been kind and professional. Some managers especially stand out for being responsive and genuinely helpful. Maintenance requests were handled quickly — often by the next day. When our smoke detector went off once, staff came within minutes to check everything and were calm and respectful. The amenities are a big plus. The pool is great and our kids have enjoyed it throughout the year. It only closed briefly once for repairs. The gym is small but practical. There
After living at the Sapphire Apartments for over four years, I’ve watched the property gradually decline. There have been multiple management changes, and while the current management company is noticeably friendlier than those in the past, the overall upkeep of the building continues to fall short. The hot tub and pool area are quite honestly in poor condition (as shown in the photos), and necessary repairs do not appear to be made to properly maintain these amenities. There is dog feces throughout the property, including the parking lot, due to irresponsible pet owners, and visible stains in the elevators and hallways from pet accidents. Trash chute rooms are also frequently left covered in garbage, adding to the overall sense of neglect. Additionally, party rooms now require a rental
Andrew, Maddie, and the maintenance crew are overall amazing and truly the highlight of living here. They are responsive, professional, and always willing to help. Maintenance in particular has been very prompt anytime I’ve submitted a request and has shown genuine urgency in resolving issues, which I really appreciate. That said, I have experienced a few concerns. My main issue has been with the assistant manager, Jamikia. In my experience, interactions have felt rude and passive-aggressive at times, which has made communication uncomfortable. Additionally, there have been ongoing concerns such as marijuana smoke in the building, which has been difficult to deal with as a neighboring tenant to her. I also experienced an extended period (a little over a month) where my unit did not consi
1 star for the new treadmills, 1 star for walking path behind this place. Any dog is allowed here, including aggressive breeds, which is concerning. Tenants let their dogs pee and poop literally everywhere. Management does nothing beyond sending generic emails. Snow removal is frustrating. Management sends plow notices days in advance (which is appreciated), but then sends reminder emails every 6 hours. But somehow cars are still In the lot not being towed. Some vehicles sit in front-row spaces all winter without moving. If frequent vehicle movement is required in the lease, it’s clearly not enforced. Office staff is inconsistent. One staff member is helpful and professional, while the main office representative is extremely rude and dismissive. When the pool goes down, it stays down fo
When we moved in, we were excited about the gym — until we realized neither treadmill worked. One was replaced months later, broke again after 6 months, and never got replaced. The latest addition is a toddler-sized treadmill that’s unusable for adults. Of two bikes, only one has ever worked. Trash fees were added ($30/month) because a few people dump oil and furniture in the dumpster area. Instead of using cameras to catch them, management charges everyone. Pet issues are out of control. Dogs regularly pee in hallways and elevators. At first, staff cleaned up — now the carpets are stained and the smell is awful. Just waiting on the new cleaning fee when animal owners should just pay more. The pool and hot tub have had ongoing issues, sometimes staying broken for weeks. Lately, they’re
