Jason is an amazing realtor to work with. He knows the local building history of the NW TC Metro, which gives invaluable insight into neighborhoods and building trends/patterns to be aware of. He is great at giving advice when needed, but letting you as the buyer determine what you want in a future home. If you're buying or selling in the TC NW suburbs, you could not find a better realtor to work with. He's extremely quick, available, and knowledgeable.

Not sure they know what they are doing - got a BPO from him and he used split levels as comps to a rambler. Go elsewhere for a realtor that knows what they are doing. Also told me it makes sense my home value has declined from when purchased in 2021 to today.
