Good apartment! The new management has been great so far, in my experience. They put a lot of effort into keeping the place nice and clean and have hired professional cleaning crews that come in a few times a week for the common areas. They take complaints seriously and handle them in a timely manner. There are plenty of concerts at the Draw over the summer, along with art fests and food trucks. An indoor pool and hot tub are also available for use right next door! There's a big balcony space as well, which is a plus.

Park View East has been by far the worst apartment complex I have ever lived in. The management is unhelpful, the noise levels are unbearable, and the overall living conditions are unacceptable. We paid over $1,800 monthly for a two bed/one bath. First, the cleanliness standards were horrible—not just around the complex but inside our actual apartment when we moved in. There was filth and grime everywhere, making it clear that no proper cleaning had been done before we arrived. I've included some pictures of the grime I was cleaning from out of the washing machine. To make matters worse, our fridge stopped working within the first few days, leading to over $400 worth of food spoilage. Management showed no concern or urgency in addressing the issue. I highly suspect that they have been writing their own fake 5 star reviews to boost their rating up, because they are just terrible. Since Level10 took over from DW Jones communication has been abysmal to just nonexistent. Absolutely forget it if you want to get a hold of anyone at all - they won't answer the phone, return your call, email you back, address your ticket, or be in the office when they say they will. They also started charging a fee to pay my own rent from direct deposit! I understand it's only $3 but be serious. I lived here for 2 years and while I love my unit, I'm leaving because of the complete lack of professionalism. Don't come here, look elsewhere and avoid anything managed by Level10 at all costs. We lived here for 2 years and since level 10 took over it was horrible! You could never contact anyone. My wife contacted maintenance because he was the only one who responded because we had a pipe burst and they had 3 industrial fan running in our bedroom which also caused me and my pregnant wife to have to sleep on the couch and the leasing office lady called my wife and was extremely rude and told us we had to contact them not the maintenance guy. We contacted them multiple times with rent questions, stuff being fixed and never heard anything back! If I could give this horrible place no stars I would. They are completely unprofessional, rude, and just down right horrible! DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!

Units are nice but the management is terrible. They sent a million emails and posted signage everywhere saying everyone need to leave the lot or get towed so they can plow. They said from 9-2 the lot must be empty. The plow job? Done by a bobcat within an hour and NO DIFFERENCE AT ALL. I have tried reaching out to the assistant manager, the apartment complex manager, and even the regional manager with absolutely zero correspondence and No replies or answers back. No one is ever in the office even at posted sign times, but yet there is always a sign saying that they are closed specific days when there is a holiday.
