This included putting it on the market at the best time, pricing it right to drive demand and help with staging it. She gave me a lot of good suggestions when staging and also brought in many of her items to really improve how the home showed. She also provided contacts for quality contractors that worked for reasonable prices for some work I needed to complete on the home prior to selling. This is a way overdue review for an above and beyond realtor! Kelly helped my wife and I negotiate to an amazing closing deal on our first home and I couldn’t be happier. Any questions, and she had the answers! She is super personable, as well as very open and honest. She has continued to follow up with very beautiful cards and small gifts. One thing I’d like to point out is we had troubles with the seller AFTER the buying process and Kelly shot down that problem for us very fast and efficient. She’s very good at mitigating problems during the process which made it feel all we had to do was look for a house nothing more! Kelly recently worked with my parents to sell their home. This was a few years in the making as it was a difficult decision for them to leave their home of many years and downsize due to aging and health. She stuck with them from the beginning to end, exhibiting so much empathy and patience. She went above and beyond in many ways during the past couple of months as they listed, sold and moved. Kelly helped my family with the sale of our home, and the purchase of our new home. It was obvious from the beginning that she was professional and knowledgeable. She would always find a way to make time for a call when we had questions or needed to talk with her about something, even with how busy she can be. She took the time to really get to know us and what we were looking for in a new home. (Which proved to be quite the challenge figuring out what that was in my wife's mind!) In my opinion the greatest value Kelly added to the whole process was that she obviously was truly looking out for our best interests, and not just another payday.
