Residence at the COR

I’ve lived here for about a year now and it’s been a really nice place to call home. The property is well kept, the community feels safe, and management is easy to communicate with. One thing I really appreciate is how quick and reliable maintenance is. Every time I submit a work order, it gets taken care of quickly and done right the first time. Each time Wyatt comes to help with something, he’s friendly, professional, and gets the job done efficiently. If you’re looking for a place where issues are handled promptly and the staff truly cares, this is a great place to live.

I have travelled for work since 2014 and rented in at least 10 different locations in various states over those years. I can honestly say Residence at the COR is the best place I have ever lived and rented from, and for many reasons. From the start the staff are amazing, friendly, courteous and very responsive. Touring, applying and getting moved in was so easy. The location is pretty much perfect access if you have to commute to the cities and it feels like you're not too far away either. It's definitely a hidden gem and we absolutely love the use of the parking ramp. You basically get covered parking and direct access to the building no matter what floor you live on. This is huge for us and so appreciated. The building is very new, very clean, smells new and is well maintained.

After a couple months living here, I can confidently say Residence at the COR is a low-key hidden gem. Moving into this gorgeous 2 bed / 2 bath has been fantastic from day one, and somehow it just keeps getting better. Let’s talk space, because this place clearly did not believe in subtlety. My main bathroom is a legit 10x10 (I could host a small meeting in there), and the walk-in closet is bigger than some bedrooms I’ve lived in. The high ceilings make everything feel even more massive, which is great for both breathing and dramatic pacing. The office staff and maintenance crew are awesome — genuinely nice people who respond quickly and actually follow through. That alone deserves bonus points these days. The hallways always smell clean. Like… nothing. I don’t think I’ve smelled a sing

Our move in was wonderful. The management team took care of our needs and made us feel very welcomed. We've been here for just a few days but it already feels like home due to the professional and inviting individuals that really care about their tenants. Our apartment is beautiful and has everything we needed. We are looking forward to enjoying everything this apartment and community has to offer!

I had a fantastic experience living at this apartment! The entire property is kept incredibly clean, which made it feel like home from day one. The staff is always friendly, helpful, and quick to respond to any questions or concerns. One of my favorite features is the amazing pool—perfect for relaxing or hanging out with friends. The outdoor cooking area is also a huge plus and great for weekend BBQs. Parking here is truly magnificent—plenty of space and super convenient. Overall, this place checks all the boxes. Highly recommend
