Sandlewood Apartments

I’ve been living in this apartment for a while now, and unfortunately, the laundry machines are almost always broken. Every single time I go to use them, either the washer or the dryer is out of order. For the past three months, it’s been a constant issue. No matter how many times I report it, nothing gets fixed. This has been a really frustrating experience, and I hope the management takes it seriously.

Place is old, rent is decent. Move-out charges were a bit high. Maintenance takes time. Parking is an issue if guests are being hosted.

At some point it used to be a decent place but now don't even think about it. Please you are thinking about moving in talk to someone who is living there already. it is a pathetic place, specially the management is really bad they don't care. you get what you pay. Only good side is schools in the area, but the apartments are really bad. There are roaches everywhere. every once in a while there will be break in someone's car or storage. water leakage, rusty pipes, if you living downstairs, creaking, too much noise sound from upstairs apartments mainly and you can do anything about it. all the appliances are very old or very very cheap. Do not recommend anyone with a family to live here.

I lived here for over 5 years. Then they wanted to raise the rent. So they gave a notice of termination. All the people not from India were given the same notice. The entire complex is now immigrants from India. The manager was nice & let us keep our cat. & tolerated my boys living with me. There is only parking one car per apartment.
