San Miguel Apartments

Honestly I loved living here. I’ve lived here for 5 years. We’ve done had quite a bit of different management that wasn’t to good, yet after this new Management things gotten much better at the apartments. Adrian,Linda and the front desk ladies were amazing, helpful and understanding. And a huge shout out to the new maintenance team Daniel is great! Both maintenance crew makes sure the job gets taken care of to their best ability. Keep up the great business. The good out weighted the bad for me. Thank you San Miguel Apartments! Adrian you are excellent at listening and helping with any issues that’s needed to be addressed and for that, I thank you.

We were out doing our property outreach today and stopped by San Miguel. Met the property manager, Adrian, and also ran into Daniel, the maintenance technician, small world, Daniel used to use us years back at a different property. That’s one of the best parts of this industry, you’re always crossing paths with great people. The team at San Miguel is awesome. You can feel it as soon as you walk in, super warm, friendly, and welcoming. They’ve got a great team over there, and it definitely shows. Always a pleasure connecting with good people doing great work!

I have lived here for about 12 years. I am very impressed with the new management. Adrian, Linda and the staff are so helpful. Im so happy that Adrian came back to manage this property he is very kind and professional its been a big improvement at San miguel with Adrian and new management as well as maintenance. I would recommend this place as a long time tenant.

I was having AC issues and high cost on my electricity bill for all of summer and some of fall time now and it took some time to figure out the cause however Guy and Daniel on the maintenance team were amazing. Guy was able to replace my AC and Daniel was able to figure out what was going on for the high cost and got it fixed and just in 1 day the cost of my electricity went down and seems to be resolved. Wanting to shout-out and give these guys some good kudos for getting this resolved so fastly.

Disgusting dirty apartment complex always trash everywhere dog feces everywhere apartment office doesn't care they just want their money they also changed to a month-to-month lease go figure it's easier to to kick people out if they don't like you. Theres always cops there over domestic violence. They'll do anything to make their new tenants feel comfortable especially the ones that get bigger places and pay more. I used to do woodwork on my patio and I used to rinse off after never was a problem for a whole year until I got new tenants downstairs. And the tenants downstairs leave their trash out all the time and caused the fly strike so when I would open my door 50 flies would swarm into the house.
