I really don't know where to start but this agent "Kris Diva'' did not do basic homework before listing, she is not aware of the existing condition of the property, and also has very poor communication and coordination skills. Personally I feel she is unfit to be a realtor agent as she doesn't have any ethics or morality in doing business.
